Get Quickbooks running, again

OK. Here is what worked - today (04/25/2014). No guarantees it will work tomorrow. In order to be able to use Quickbooks as advertised, you have to stop ALL Quickbooks processes on all machines. On the Server machine, you have to stop services: . QBCFMonitorService . QBIDPService . QuickBooksDBxx - where xx in my case is 22 On the client machines, you have to stop services: . QBCFMonitorService . QBIDPService On both the Server and Client, you have to use TaskManager to KILL QBW32.exe (because Quickbooks, being the Piece of S&^T that it is, does not stop even when you exit from Quickbooks - more on that later) Then restart the services on the Server machine. Then restart the services on the Client machine. Start Quickbooks on the Client machine, open the database and pray that this worked. Today it did. Some days it does not.
