The Lock Box but uses a re-keyable, full sized mortise lock instead of the pushbutton keypad found on other Kidde Key Safe lock boxes.
The lock box is available with a full size mortise cylinder. The cylinder features the Schlage keyway. The finish on the cylinder comes standard with oiled bronze.
The body and door of the Kidde Keyed Lock Box is constructed of heavy rust proof metal and has pre-drilled rear mounting holes.
The exterior dimensions of the key lock box are: 4-1/8h x 2-1/2"w x 2"d.
The usable interior dimensions are: 2-3/4" long x 1-1/2" wide x 13/16" deep.
The key box is Black.
If you are ordering multiple lock boxes please indicate whether or not you wish them keyed alike (add $15.00 ea).
Four keys are included per keyed alike order.
Two keys are included per keyed different lock box.
The key lock box comes with Oiled Bronze mortise cylinder by default. It is also available without the mortise cylinder if you wish to use your own. The opening in the lid accepts any standard 1-1/8" or 1-1/4" replacement mortise cylinder enabling this unit to be keyed alike with virtually any brand of door lock including those using a master key system.
